Good morning lovelies!
As you can tell by the title, I was recently let loose at MK1 shopping park to do a homeware haul in M&S, Next and Primark, so I thought I’d share the things I picked up.
For me, one of the best things about moving out has been styling our living space. I like how much personality you can inject into a home with just a few simple items.
Living space
I picked up two of the Mini Geo Jacquard cushions from Next. I’d been on the hunt for some grey cushions for a while. We wanted ones that had a subtle pattern to compliment the mustard cushions that we already had, so was pretty chuffed to stumble across these.
Now, let’s be honest it just wouldn’t be a homeware haul without copious amounts of candles, and I’m not one to disappoint! I re-stocked on the Next Pillar candles as these are great to cosy up a room, but also they work wonders when styling a coffee table tray.
I also picked up a few candles from Primark, including the Gold Votive candle which was only £3.50! and of course a few of their bargain set of 24 tea lights.
Primark has definitely upped the ante with their candle game recently. A lot their new range wouldn’t look out of place Oliver Bonas or Anthropologie. They have also started to introduce faux plants, and have a great little collection!
I was hoping to pick up a few palm leaves but unfortunately, they didn’t have any when I visited. They did, however, have a really sweet faux cactus in a cute pineapple style gold pot, which went straight into my basket.

Dining
Feargus picked up the Country Luxe jug from Next, which definitely lends itself to a country living interior, but unsurprisingly once we put flowers in it, it looked beautiful in the apartment. It was £18, which for the quality and the size is an absolute steal.
M&S is also killing it with their homeware range. Everything is so minimalist and chic. I picked up a new dining table runner which is probably my favourite thing from this haul! It’s such good quality and looks effortlessly cool (It’s the navy one below!)
The final things I picked up were the Bamboo breakfast tray from M&S (perfect for lazy weekends and breakfast in bed) and a stash of bright and summery tea towels from Primark.
That’s everything, I hope you enjoyed this post!
If you’re local or visiting Milton Keynes get yourself down to Mk1 shopping park and have a nosey! They have a great range of retailers and places to eat!
Love,

This makes me soo excited for when I move in with my boyfriend!! Although I can’t say our place would be quite as fancy as yours as we’re very alternative and hippy-ish haha! Your home is really really lovely and the pictures are gorgeous, sounds like you got some bargains and I totally agree about Primark, their homeware has been incredible recently!
