This year I thought i’d share with you some of my favourite gifts that I received from Feargus, friends and family.
As a disclaimer, this is in no way meant to be bragging etc, you guys know the drill. I just personally love watching and reading this kind of content (Clearly I’m very nosey) so I figured i’d take a few snaps and share my gifts.
I will leave direct links to all the products below, incase you like the look of anything. (Majority of them are now in the sale!)
I received a few Ted Baker makeup sets, which I am living for! The first one is the Ted Baker Pouting petals lip tint trio.
I’ve never tried TB makeup before, but as expected it is beautiful quality and the packaging this year is perfection! This set comes with three different lip shades; A ruby red shade, which is great for the festive season, a creamy nude and a pinky blush. All very wearable and highly pigmented.
The other set I received was an eye makeup set, (which I can’t seem to find online) that comes with an eye shadow palette with three neutral shades, a mascara, brow highlighter, eye liners and brow pencils.
I’ll confess I dropped a few hints about the new fragrance Decadence by Marc Jacobs which Mumma and Pappa L clearly noted and kindly got for me. If I could create my own fragrance it wouldn’t be far from this perfume! It has notes of Italian plum, rich Bulgarian rose and sensual liquid amber to give you a signature of pure indulgence! Plus, just look at that bottle!
If you’re a blogger you would of been surrounded by the online hype of the Naked heat eyeshadow palette. I am a little late to the party, but I finally got it, and I am super excited to try it out!
Now it wouldn’t be Christmas without some form of Lush product hidden amongst the pile of presents and this year was no exception. I got the Snowman gift set, which includes the Butterbear bath bomb, the Snowman Bubbleroon, The snow angel bath melt and the Man on the moon bubble bar.
I LOVE getting Lush, it’s a no brainer for me as I like pretty much everything that they release. Feg also got me my go-to, and all time favourite product, the Brightside bubble bar, which I like to have stocked up so I never run out!
Moving on from Lush, Feg and I also got some goodies from Molton Brown which is one of our favourite skincare brands. We received hand washes for our new bathroom and a few luxury essentials.
Having moved out the end of this year, both my parents and Feg’s parents got us homeware bits, including the Monochrome Blossom Duvet set from Joules, some beautiful blue Agate coasters, Next home vouchers and various other bits and pieces.
Now onto the present I can’t stop myself staring at; The Lucy Williams Tiny Horn gold necklace that I have been lusting over for months. As soon as I discovered Missoma, I was smitten. Everything about the jewellery is gorgeous. It’s dainty and delicate and perfect for everyday wear.
I got a few more bits from my relatives, including the Fantastic Beasts and where to find them book with illustrations by Olivia Lomenech, which is just breathtaking.
For anyone who knows me personally will know I’m a big fan of Tim Burton, so my Uncle kindly got me a book all about his work as a writer, director and producer, which I cannot wait to start reading!
Finally, you dont need to know me personally to notice how much I enjoy a candle, so like the Lush products, it wouldn’t be Christmas without a few new candles to burn. Feg bought me a large Cashmere scented Yankee candle, for a fresh fragrance for the new year.
And thats everything!
I hope you enjoyed this post. I had an lovely Christmas and feel so so grateful for all my gifts!
All that is left to say is…
Happy New Year 2018! I hope your year is full of health, luck and happiness!
