Its official; the daffodils are in bloom, the lambs are bleating and we’ve had a enough sun to warrant the brits moaning that its “too hot”… We are without a doubt in full swing of spring…
With all new seasons comes new ranges and Dr.Martens have not disappointed with their most gorgeous Spring Summer range yet;
There is no denying that pastel colours have taken over this season already, so it was obvious these beauties would be a hit.
Ranging from £95 for shoes to £200 for boots this range is fairly affordable in comparison to other branded shoes.
The range is split across three key styles, The 1461 3-eye shoe, mary-jane and the Pascal 8-eye boot all available in ivory, blue moon and bubblegum pink.
It’s a great mix of toughness and femininity. It combines a sturdy sole with soft coloured Virginia leather.
I opted for the brogue style shoes in the pastel pink, as they are easy to dress up or down. Wear them to work with a pair of jeans and a collared shirt or pair them with a cute tea dress at the weekend.
I’m a UK size 5 and they are a perfect fit. People tend to size up in Dr. Martens as can sometimes run small so it might be worth trying them on and opting for a half size bigger.
